Refund Policy

Effective date: February 16, 2026

This policy explains when and how subscription charges may be refunded.

1. Free Trial

If your plan includes a free trial, no charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel before trial end to avoid billing.

2. First Subscription Charge

You may request a full refund of your first paid subscription charge within 14 calendar days of that charge.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us promptly and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

4. Partial Periods and Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, and partial-period prorated refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

5. Taxes and Fees

Taxes and processing-related fees may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, contact us so we can help resolve the issue. We may restrict or close accounts in cases of abusive or fraudulent chargebacks.

7. How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request from your account settings or by replying to your billing receipt email. Include your account email, invoice or order reference, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
